Paradise Palm Co. is now offering a 1 (one) year warranty on all products for an additional cost of only 25% per item. This warranty entitles the purchaser to redeem one replacement per item under warranty, within 1 (one) year of the purchase date. To redeem your warranty, the purchaser must only return the bottom portion (root and lower trunk base) of the dead tree. Paradise Palm Co. will then replace the item with a brand new item, including freight, at no additional cost to the purchaser. This is typically done at the best time for planting a particular item, unless customer requests otherwise.
Paradise Palm Co’s warranty product program goes into effect on June 25, 2009 for all customer invoices indicating the purchase of the warranty for any selected item. All customer invoices prior to June 25, 2009 will be “grandfathered” into this new program. Customers who do not purchase the warranty under our new policy will accept full responsibility and liability for the items purchased. All other standard policies apply; only the 1 (one) year guarantee is not applicable for that purchase.
Paradise Palm Co. is also announcing that we are lowering the cost of all of our products by approximately 25%. Therefore, making the cost factor of a warranty under our new policy completely optional for each customer. Customers can take advantage of our new warranty policy, or simply take advantage of lower prices for the same quality products we have always offered.
